Loyalty Program

Point System

1. Bookings:

   • 1 point per 1 EUR spent (sessions, options like makeup, printed products, etc.)

2. Referrals: 100 points to you for each new client who books a session after a referral from you

3. Engagement:

   • 50 points for leaving a review on Facebook or Google

Points will be counted starting from January 1^st 2024.

Rewards

1. Bronze Tier (500 points):

   • 5% discount on next session(s) incl. makeup, print products etc. as long as remaining in this tier

2. Silver Tier (1000 points):

   • 10% discount on next session(s) incl. makeup, print products etc. as long as remaining in this tier

3. Gold Tier (2000 points):

   • 15% discount on next session(s) incl. makeup, print products etc. as long as remaining in this tier

   • Surprise present at the next session when reaching first time Gold Tier

4. Platinum Tier (4000 points):

   • 20% discount on next session(s) incl. makeup, print products etc. as long as remaining in this tier

   • Surprise present at the next session when reaching first time Platinum Tier

Points will be removed again three years after having acquired them.

Example:

A client receiving 500 points on 25.4.2024 and 800 points on 15.1.2025 and therefore would have a total of 1.300 points on 15.1.2025. This 1.300 points in the Loyalty program would give the client the benefits of Silver Tier (from 1000 points). As long as the client remains in the Silver Tier, she/he would receive on each session and on each invoice, including services like makeup, hairstyling, ordered print products etc. a 10% discount.

On 26.4.2027 the 500 points acquired on 25.4.2024 would be removed from the client’s Loyalty program account, and the client would therefore move from 1.300 points to 800 points (supposed that the client didn’t book another session since 15.1.25). The client would then move from the Silver to the Bronze Tier (5% on future bookings and services).

On 15.1.2028 the client would loose 800 points from the loyalty program received on 15.1.2025.
