FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do you come to our office, or do we come to your studio?

Either works. Most team headshot days happen on-site at your office to minimize time away from work, but our Platen studio is also available if you’d prefer. Event coverage is always on-site, wherever your event is held within Luxembourg.

How fast do we get the photos?

Digital delivery within 3 or 5 business days for headshots and event coverage, depending on the size of your team or length of your event.

Can we use the photos commercially on our website, LinkedIn, marketing materials?

Yes. We confirm usage scope in writing before the shoot, so there’s no ambiguity about where and how long you can use the images.

What if our team is bigger or smaller than your listed packages?

Get in touch with your exact numbers and we’ll put together a custom quote — the packages above are starting points, not hard limits.

Do you do team headshots and event coverage in the same booking?

Yes, this is possible and might be the easiest for you. For example, headshots in the morning and event coverage in the afternoon. Mention this when you get in touch and we’ll build a combined quote.

Is there a deposit or cancellation policy?

We request a deposit of 30% when you book us. The remaining amount will be charged after delivery.

If you cancel within 48 hours before the job date we reserve the right to keep the deposit as late cancellation fee. Cancellations more than 48 hours before the job date are possible free of charge and any paid deposit will be fully reimbursed within 7 days.
