It depends on the type of session and your availability. Weekend slots tend to book earlier (especially in the summer months due to wedding high season), while weekday sessions are often easier to schedule. If you have a specific date in mind, I recommend reaching out as early as you can.
After you contact us, either Patrick or myself will reply within 24 hours. From there, we’ll propose the next step—usually a consultation (in person, by phone or video call). During that conversation I will help you choose the right type of session, answer questions, and discuss timing and preparation.
That’s completely normal. You don’t need experience, and you don’t need to know how to pose. I will guide you throughout your session so you can relax and enjoy. Most clients arrive feeling unsure and leave surprised by how comfortable they felt during the experience.
No problem. You can simply tell me what brought you here and what you’re hoping for. I will help you choose the session style during the consultation. (You don’t need to decide everything in advance before the consultation)
You’re welcome to use our studio wardrobe (mostly in sizes 34-40), and I will also ask you to bring a few outfits from your own wardrobe so the final selection truly feels like you. A few days before the session, we’ll discuss your options and help you choose what to bring.
Please be aware that the wardrobe is extremely important for a beautiful result.
Makeup and hairstyling are available as an option for certain experiences. If you’re considering it, we’ll explain what’s included and what fits your session best during the consultation.
Of course your relative or friend is very welcome during the shoot. However we kindly ask you to let us know in advance if you intend to come with a relative or friend. Please also be aware (and let your relative or friend know) that he/she should plan some time as our sessions, especially if booked with makeup (and hairstyling), might take up to 3,5-4 hours in total. For certain type of sessions (like Woman between Worlds and Boudoir) we anyway highly recommend to come alone for best results. We can discuss this topic during our consultation.
We’ll start by looking at what you brought and choosing outfits for the session. If you booked makeup (and hairstyling), you’ll be prepared first by our professional makeup artist, and then we begin photographing. Throughout the session, I will direct you step by step, so that you will feel comfortable throughout the session.
Most portrait sessions take around 1–2 hours. If makeup (and hairstyling) is included, plan for extra time before we begin photographing.
About two to three weeks after the photo session (except for weddings) I will send you by email a link to your online gallery, in which I will show you the best already fully edited photos and you can decide which photos or package you would like to buy. Digital files will be sent to you directly after full payment. In case you buy print products (Folio Box, Wall Art, Album, …) they may take up to an additional 4 weeks before you can pick them up.
Yes. After you see your gallery, you can add individual images or upgrade to a larger collection.
Images are delivered as high-resolution JPG files via a download link.
In general, except if otherwise stated, you will get all chosen photos as digital files (jpg), no prints included. For certain types of sessions we include one print.
Please also note that we do not deliver photos on USB sticks, except if specifically mentioned otherwise (e.g. packages for weddings)
Yes. You can order prints and premium products (albums, folio boxes, wall art, and more). We can show samples in our studio and guide you toward what fits your home and your images.
We love to share selected work, but we fully respect privacy. After your session, we’ll discuss your comfort level. If you prefer not to have images shared on our website or social media, we will honor that—no questions asked.
Our studio is in Platen (Préizerdaul), around 35 minutes from Luxembourg City. Outdoor sessions can take place nearby or at another location by mutual agreement.
To reserve your date, we confirm the booking and request a deposit (amount depends on the session). Final orders are paid before delivery. The deposit is in general paid upon invoice by bank transfer. We also accept credit/debit cards and cash in our studio for the deposit and/or final amount. If you’d like a payment plan, tell us—we’re happy to discuss options.
If a session is cancelled less than 48 hours before the scheduled time (without a serious reason), the deposit is not refunded. Rescheduling is usually possible without extra cost up to 24 hours before the session in case of illness or serious circumstances. Very late rescheduling (less than 24 hours) may incur an additional fee of 50 €.
